Floodwaters Savage Kalibo- Footage the National Media didn't Show.

Super Typhoon Frank and Walking Water at Roxas Avenue, Kalibo, Aklan. This was taken from the second floor of the building, and the floodwaters covered what used to be a very busy street.

  1. Yeah, our house was waistdeep in floodwaters and to think of that our place never ever gets flooded....Good thing this happened during the day, just imagine if it happened at night - there would be thousands dead.

  2. thanks for sharing this to your contacts! everyone needs to know that Aklan needs help, too and soon!

and you're right...this didn't get shown on tv because everyone was overwhelmed by the sudden rush of water which covered many towns in Aklan especially those along the Aklan river and not a lot of people had the luxury of time or the opportunity to take videos like this. Praise God, someone had a good vantage point (Bryan Equina I think) to take this or we will all never fully understand what happened then...

    salamat!
